Why is HSE needed?
According to the International Labour Organization (ILO), it has been found that more than 2.3 million workers die every year because of occupational accidents or work-related diseases. The ILO estimates that the annual cost to the global economy from accidents and occupational diseases alone is $3 trillion. So, preventing illnesses and accidents caused by work should be a vital priority for everyone at work.

Environmental awareness means exactly what you may think: an awareness around the natural environment and the choices that either promote its well-being or cause it more harm. It is also the awareness that the earth is in need of protection for its survival.
This is why workplace safety and health measures are necessary. They are essential for the well-being of employers and employees alike. The feeling of assurance that one has, knowing that he will return safely from work, is more significant than anything else.
Healthy does not only constitute as needing medical attention, it could also be the outlook of the workplace and even the surroundings.
You can encourage health and wellness of your employees by having a weekly exercise program such as a yoga session before the start of their work day or an aerobics class after work. This not only encourages a healthy lifestyle among your team but also give them the opportunity to get to know their workmates better.
Healthy eating is not about strict dietary restrictions, staying unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love. It is about feeling great, having more energy, improving your outlook and your mood. Another great way to create a healthy workplace environment is by eating healthy, and no – skipping lunch break because employees are busy is not a good excuse.
Team building activities not only bond employees closer but also motivate them, creating a positive workplace environment. These activities help improve internal communication and productivity, boosting morale at the workplace and in helping employees get to know each other better.

Ceramah ini meningkatkan kesedaran, mengaudit premis tempat kerja dan seterusnya mewujudkan kompetensi dan amalan penjimatan tenaga di tempat kerja dan rumah.

CPR Training adalah untuk memberi peluang kepada pekerja IOIEO dan IOIBE untuk memahami dan melakukan CPR dan mendalami kepentingan pengetahuan CPR dalam kalangan komuniti untuk membantu menyelamatkan nyawa.
Ceramah ini adalah bertujuan untuk mengesyorkan pekerja IOIEO&BE mempunyai pengurusan kewangan yang baik.
Keselamatan umum untuk menangani bahan kimia berbahaya, maklumat mengenai SDS, dan PPE.
CPR Training adalah untuk memberi peluang kepada pekerja IOIEO dan IOIBE untuk memahami dan melakukan CPR dan mendalami kepentingan pengetahuan CPR dalam kalangan komuniti untuk membantu menyelamatkan nyawa.
Untuk meluaskan pengetahuan pekerja IOIEO&BE tentang keselamatan elektrik di tempat kerja dan kesan akibat renjatan elektrik.
Ceramah agama ini bertemakan suasana kerja di tempat kerja.. Memupuk semangat dan ubah naratif negatif kepada yg positif. Bekerja dengan jujur dan berintegriti. Untuk memberi tahu kepada semua pekerja kewajipan memikul amanah sebagai seorang pekerja yang bermanfaat untuk dunia dan akhirat. So prepare yourself.
